Job Description

Dynamics 365 Solution Architect leading the implementation of finance and operations solutions. Focused on innovation and collaboration within the IT provider context.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solution components, as well as support efforts of solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines.
  • Design, implement and Support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operation portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies for identified opportunities.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support the delivery of territory revenue targets.
  • Maximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients through regular reviews of utilization, working with clients, consultants, and scrum masters to shape backlogs and ensure alignment to client success.
  • Keep your team updated on exciting LVS news such as wins, growth, new branches, company direction and strategic sessions.
  • Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required.
  • Provide direction and assistance to team members on how to deal with situations and issues on their own.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos
  • Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations.
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions.
  • Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise.
