Job Description

Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and Marketplace presence. Lead digital marketing, logistics coordination, and data-driven strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Nuvemshop, including integrations with ERPs (Tiny, Bling) and WMS systems (E-ship);
  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including sales, customer service, logistics, and inventory;
  • Manage logistics charges, delivery deadlines, and inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Identify market trends, new technologies, and partnership opportunities to maintain the company's competitiveness;
  • Manage Marketplace platforms;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (such as the LGPD);
  • Structure, manage, and optimize the brand website to drive sales and strengthen branding;
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns using paid traffic strategies, SEO, and email marketing;
  • Implement improvements to the customer journey to ensure an intuitive and efficient shopping experience;
  • Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI;
  • Analyze performance metrics (sales, conversions, traffic, average order value) and propose data-driven strategic actions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce and physical products;
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Tiny, Bling) and digital platforms;
  • Previous experience with digital marketing for e-commerce, including traffic management and paid campaigns;
  • Familiarity with SEO and inbound marketing strategies;
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans;
  • Experience structuring and optimizing e-commerce product pages;
  • Skills in metrics analysis and tools such as Google Analytics and BI platforms;
  • Knowledge of design and UX/UI to improve user experience;
  • Analytical, strategic, and results-driven profile;
  • Leadership skills to coordinate teams and projects;
  • Creativity and resilience to overcome challenges;
  • Proactivity and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvements;
  • Organizational skills and priority management.
