Job Description
E-Commerce Marketplace Operations support for a U.S.-based consumer products company managing marketplace data accuracy and order flow tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce marketplace ecosystem
- Ensures product data accuracy, campaign execution, order flow, and internal follow-ups
- Not a customer-facing role, but internally front-facing
- Proactively identify issues, follow through, and drive resolution
- Reports directly to the Marketplace Operations Lead and expected to grow in responsibility
Requirements:
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Solid Excel fundamentals (filters, formulas, basic pivots)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Confident internal communicator (email, follow-ups, coordination)
- Proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to fix
- Strong follow-through until resolution is confirmed
