Job Description
E-Commerce Operations Manager at Officium managing online store operations. Focused on scaling e-commerce beauty brands and optimizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full e-commerce operation solo, no team, just you.
- Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores: product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute strategies to scale online sales and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimize every aspect of the customer journey from browsing to post purchase.
- Analyze data to improve net profit, not just revenue, and maximize profitability.
- Identify new opportunities in the beauty e-commerce market.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience scaling e-commerce beauty brands
- Expert in Shopify and WooCommerce
- Comfortable managing all aspects of e-commerce independently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated and results-driven
- Proven track record of delivering results: not just a portfolio, but numbers. We want evidence of success, e.g.: “I started with £5,000 monthly revenue and grew it to £50,000 net profit in 12 months for Brand X.” “Increased conversion rate from 1.2% to 4.5%, generating £30,000 additional profit for Brand Y.”
- Has internet speed minimum of 25 mbps and with own working laptop.
