Job Description
Ecommerce Controller and Technical Lead at Nimbl overseeing ecommerce accounting and driving revenue growth through enhanced client partnerships and services. Focus on seamless financial operations and client support.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and strengthen Nimbl’s ecommerce portfolio while being the technical anchor
- Lead at the industry level, shaping ecommerce accounting delivery
- Drive revenue growth through clearer scope and higher-value partnerships
- Help Client Managers and Accounting Specialists produce client-ready financials
- Connect accounting reality to business decisions and guide clients toward additional services
- Own technical quality of ecommerce client financials
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce accounting experience
- Deep experience reconciling ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, and bank deposits
- Strong working knowledge of A2X
- Advanced spreadsheet capability
- Meaningful experience supporting sales tax tooling and workflows
- Experience onboarding complex ecommerce companies
- Proven ability to lead pricing and scope discussions
- Strong client-facing communication skills
