Job Description
Education Manager managing educational programming and compliance with federal/state laws at DMEC. Collaborating with teams to develop and deliver training courses and webinars.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a moderator and/or producer for webinars and virtual conferences
- Executes annual content reviews and curriculum updates
- Authors or sources additional content for assigned projects
- Assists in content review for DMEC publications and webinars
- Participates in testing and quality assurance for pulse surveys
- Serves as the primary point of contact for learner questions
- Assists with the development and implementation of DMEC’s training courses
Requirements:
- Must have expert knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent communication and written skills
- Bachelor's degree (human resources or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in the development and/or administration of absence management programs
