Job Description

Remote Training Solution Consultant supporting Oracle Health EHR workflows and user adoption. Delivering site-specific training, coaching, and end-user support for Veterans Affairs modernization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert team
  • Provide timely, site-specific end-user support
  • Identify and coordinate refresher-training needs
  • Advise on training-content updates and maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and user-facing resources
  • Connect end users, SMEs, training stakeholders, local sites, and Access and Training program offices
  • Participate in office hours, training sessions, communities of practice, virtual meetings, Tier meetings, and working sessions
  • Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests
  • Coordinate with local site contacts and support functions to align training and support with business needs
  • Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, and drop-in support sessions
  • Assess training gaps, recurring questions, user feedback, and adoption issues
  • Track support themes, training activity, recurring issues, and user feedback; provide updates and recommendations
  • Select and deliver or coordinate coaching, job aids, microlearning, demonstrations, facilitation, and refresher training
  • Validate proficiency after interventions
  • Support change-management and communications activities for revised workflows, tools, system functionality, or training materials
  • Report on training activity, user feedback, recurring issues, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Tier SMEs to improve end-user readiness, confidence, and adoption of Oracle Health EHR workflows and related tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, or providing end-user support in a business, operational, technical, or healthcare environment
  • Experience with Oracle Health Electronic Health Record (EHR), including end-user support, workflow training, adoption, optimization, system implementation, onboarding, Oracle Health maintenance training, or system-related process changes
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear, practical learning content and user guidance
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience identifying learning needs and recommending appropriate training or performance-support solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely as an embedded member of a cross-functional team
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple requests, priorities, and follow-up activities
  • Proficiency with common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools
  • Candidate must live in the U.S.
  • NACI (T1) public trust requirement
  • Desired: Experience with Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR)
  • Desired: Experience supporting enterprise EHR implementations, process transformation, or large-scale change initiatives
  • Desired: Experience developing or maintaining training materials, job aids, knowledge articles, FAQs, and facilitator guides
  • Desired: Familiarity with learning-management systems, virtual-learning platforms, or knowledge-management tools
  • Desired: Experience supporting geographically distributed sites, facilities, or diverse user groups
  • Desired: Prior consulting or contractor experience supporting client teams
