Job Description

Email Copywriter producing engaging DTC email content for a UK-based Klaviyo Platinum Partner agency. Focused on driving customer engagement and retention through high-volume email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Write up to 15 DTC marketing emails per day to drive opens and clicks
  • Craft subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and body copy for both design and plain text formats
  • Turn briefs into clear copy outlines and content structure that designers can build from
  • QA your own emails to ensure links, logic, and formatting are correct
  • Iterate quickly based on data, feedback, and test results
  • Maintain brand voice across promotions, automated flows, and campaigns
  • Prioritise workload in ClickUp and flag blockers early to avoid delays
  • Collaborate with design on layout, hierarchy, and scannability
  • Proofread meticulously to reduce errors and revisions
  • Communicate promptly in Slack and email to keep production moving

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of DTC email copywriting experience to hit the ground running
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo to write with platform structure and logic in mind
  • Strong grasp of direct response principles to improve CTR and revenue
  • Fluency in both design-led and plain-text structures for readability and action
  • Ability to maintain high-volume output with consistent quality under tight deadlines
  • Meticulous self-QA to catch typos, formatting issues, and broken links before handoff
  • Proactive, fast communicator to unblock teams and meet agreed deadlines
  • Self-starter comfortable working 80% independently in ClickUp
