Job Description
Redator(a) sênior desenvolvendo conceitos, campanhas e conteúdos multicanal para a Arco Educação. Colaboração com Design, Branding, Marketing e Growth, usando IA generativa para eficiência criativa.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and narratives for campaigns, launches, events, and brand projects
- Create copy and scripts for social media, CRM, landing pages, websites, videos, presentations, and sales materials
- Create and evolve verbal guidelines, tone of voice, and brand language direction
- Partner with Design to develop ideas and creative solutions, from concept through execution
- Translate brand, product, and business strategies into relevant communications for different audiences
- Work cross-functionally with Branding, Product Marketing, Social, Events, Growth, and other partner teams
- Actively participate in briefings by raising questions, sharing references, and proposing creative directions
- Present and champion concepts and proposals with stakeholders
- Use generative AI to support research, creative exploration, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Copywriter or Writer at an agency, in-house, or within creative teams
- Strong command of Portuguese, writing, storytelling, and the ability to synthesize information
- Portfolio featuring campaigns and projects that demonstrate conceptual thinking and creative quality
- Ability to work across different formats, channels, and audiences
- Strategic thinking and critical judgment to interpret briefs and propose solutions
- Autonomy to lead projects and collaborate with Design and other disciplines
- Strong communication, presentation, and idea-advocacy skills
- Preferred: experience working across multiple brands, products, or business units
- Preferred: experience in education, technology, services, or B2B businesses
- Preferred: knowledge of editorial planning, SEO, and UX Writing
- Preferred: familiarity with digital communications metrics, A/B testing, and results-driven content optimization
- Preferred: knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and content management tools
- Preferred: familiarity with AI tools applied to research, copywriting, and text editing
