Job Description

Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist creating personalized campaigns, automated workflows, and social content. Optimizing websites, email performance, and digital marketing assets to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, and maintain the company website and landing pages
  • Create web graphics, banners, and digital marketing assets
  • Manage website content and maintain branding and messaging consistency
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and user experience
  • Support social media and marketing teams with visual and technical web requirements
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements
  • Maintain website security, integrations, and user access permissions
  • Handle the company’s social media accounts on X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows
  • Segment audiences for personalized and behavior-based campaigns
  • Manage email databases for accuracy, list health, and deliverability
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls to action
  • Monitor and report email metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Align email and marketing strategies with sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand email content
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance data
  • Refine segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools
  • Explore integrations with CRM, website, and paid marketing channels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and deliverability best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Computer processor: minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Computer memory/RAM: minimum 4.00 GB
  • Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems
  • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections
  • Required noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
  • Required webcam with at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording capability
