Job Description
Engineering Manager leading DevX team building essential tools for Phantom's engineering productivity. Influencing team culture and technical leadership in a rapidly growing cryptocurrency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coaching: You will manage and coach a team of engineers building the tools, pipelines, and workflows that every Phantom engineer (and every AI agent) depends on.
- Technical leadership: You will be a thoughtful technical voice on developer productivity and support your team and the broader engineering organization.
- Setting direction: You will collaborate with engineers and engineering leadership to turn our DevEx vision into a tangible roadmap grounded in developer productivity.
- Team building: You will work with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience.
- Proven track record in leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Nice-To-Have: 1+ years of experience with a blockchain based product.
