Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive providing business leadership for government transportation solutions. Focusing on relationship building with multiple levels of government agencies across a large geographical region.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Selling & Territory Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts in your geographical territory and deliver against sales targets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, including Public Safety, Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Marketing, to develop the region
  • Strategic Opportunity Management: Lead joint RFP response teams and navigate complex opportunities to shape specifications toward Miovision’s solutions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage a wide array of external influencers, including City Departments, Engineering Firms, and Academics, to move accounts through the customer journey.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the region’s subject matter expert for Miovision’s Intelligent Transportation (ITS) solutions and the Miovision One platform.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market challenges, the competitive landscape, and technology evolution to effectively articulate the Miovision value proposition.
  • Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Prepare detailed sales action plans and forecasting models (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to ensure consistent growth and accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology-focused solution selling to government agencies
  • Strategy & Selling: Proven ability to implement territory plans and manage complex business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Strong history of working effectively in cross-functional team environments.
  • Business Acumen: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate autonomously and influence senior-level customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Mobility or ITS space is desired.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Salesforce utilization and documentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
