Job Description
Enterprise Applications Engineer managing Salesforce configuration and development for a robust enterprise environment. Collaborating with U.S.-based teams and focusing on operational efficiency and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
- Build and maintain Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
- Support business-critical workflows and resolve production issues
- Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Help reduce backlog and improve system stability and performance
Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + development exposure)
- Experience supporting production Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows
- Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, and deliver with minimal oversight
- Clear communicator comfortable working with business stakeholders
