Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice director leading AI-first CE and F&O transformation. Owning P&L, client delivery, growth, and scalable AI-enabled outcomes across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall strategy, direction, performance, growth, and profitability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE + F&O Enterprise Practice across Canada and the United States
- Lead transformation of the D365 Enterprise division into an AI-first business
- Embed Microsoft Copilot, agents, Azure AI, and AI-enabled delivery tooling across sales, delivery, and client support
- Shift the business from selling hours toward industry IP, AI-enabled solutions, recurring revenue, and scalable client outcomes
- Establish priorities, operating expectations, measurable goals, and actionable plans
- Align delivery, sales, customer success, and functional leadership around a common vision
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold practice leaders and team members accountable
- Develop leadership capability, succession plans, workforce plans, and hiring strategies
- Own financial performance and P&L, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, profitability, backlog, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
- Oversee significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O implementations and client engagements
- Ensure delivery governance, methodology, quality, risk management, resource planning, and recovery plans
- Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic clients
- Build senior client relationships and resolve complex delivery, commercial, and relationship challenges
- Establish operating rhythms for reviewing financial, people, delivery, pipeline, capacity, and risk performance
- Drive execution, accountability, operational improvement, and collaboration across a global matrixed organization
Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting, professional services, systems integration, or similar technology services environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Customer Engagement / CRM and Finance & Operations / ERP applications
- Strong working understanding of enterprise AI, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Azure AI, and the Microsoft data platform
- Proven experience leading a sizable consulting or professional services practice, business unit, or delivery organization
- Experience leading a change from time-and-materials services toward industry IP, managed services, recurring revenue, or outcome-based offerings
- Demonstrated P&L ownership, including revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization, workforce planning, and profitability
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to establish expectations and manage performance and accountability at individual and leadership levels
- Experience leading complex enterprise implementations and managing executive client relationships
- Industry orientation and credibility leading conversations on business outcomes and industry challenges
- Strong commercial judgment supporting sales, solutioning, estimating, pricing, and contract discussions
- Track record of driving execution at pace and turning strategy into measurable results within defined timeframes
- Ability to lead through organizational change, competing priorities, and ambiguity
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across functional and organizational boundaries
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: experience in global or matrixed consulting organizations; scaling Microsoft Dynamics practices; Microsoft ecosystem relationships; industry-specific Dynamics solutions; Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, and related data and AI capabilities; launching AI-enabled Dynamics 365 solutions; commercializing industry IP, accelerators, or repeatable solutions
