Job Description
Enterprise Sales Professional at Berlitz responsible for B2B sales and client relationship management. Focus on strategic selling and tailored solutions for large enterprises in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales and acquisition strategy based on systematic research, analysis, and identification of new customers for the enterprise segment (large corporations, conglomerates, international organizations)
- Targeted outreach and consultative selling; build trusted relationships with HR decision-makers, Heads of Learning & Development, and company executives
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with enterprise clients and develop tailored, customer-specific solutions from the Berlitz portfolio
- Identify new requirements as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Regular KPI-driven monitoring and reporting (building and maintaining a sales pipeline, tracking and analyzing conversion rates, and evaluating outbound activities)
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in enterprise sales / B2B sales, ideally in HR, learning, consulting, or services environments
- Proven successes in strategic new-business development and complex sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging with multiple stakeholders
- An existing, reliable network of HR decision-makers and executives in the DACH region
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-responsibility, and strong closing ability
