Job Description
ERP Implementation & Support Specialist at Carrus Technologies guiding clients through onboarding and support. Engaging in client relationships in automotive aftermarket operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat — handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism and customer focus
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, regular communication
- Gather relevant information to assess client concerns, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolutions
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow up until fully resolved
- Deliver product training that is clear, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs
- Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
- Play a central role in onboarding new clients — from initial needs assessment through go-live
- Configure the ERP system to match each client’s operational workflows and requirements
- Assist with data preparation, cleansing, and import using Excel, CSV files, and AI-assisted tools — comfortable experimenting with new technologies to improve efficiency
- Support clients in preparing and validating inventory during go-live weekends
- Travel to client sites to provide implementation and on-site training support
- Troubleshoot issues in real time during go-live to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience
- Convey client feedback to product and development teams to help improve the platform
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of onboarding processes and training materials
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, in software support, or in aftermarket automotive operations
- Experience in customer-facing roles that involve training, implementation, or technical support
- Call center or application support experience
- Participation in implementation or software integration projects is an asset
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with structured data (formulas, data manipulation, imports/exports)
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and analysis
- IT knowledge in a Windows environment is an asset
- Proactive and takes initiative — you see what needs to be done and act
- Comfortable managing your own workload and working independently in a remote setting
- Communicates clearly and adapts style to the audience
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
