Job Description
Event Host Casting Specialist for Visit.org overseeing recruiting and training of event hosts. Remote role based in the Philippines with responsibilities across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
- Implement and improve recruiting systems and processes, including ATS configuration, automations, and reporting (Workable experience is a plus)
- Design and manage interview workflows, scorecards, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers
- Maintain existing and develop new training materials and programs for hosts
- Onboard and train new hosts for upcoming events
- Review host performance post-event and provide feedback to continually ensure events are successfully led and our event hosts are meeting expectations
- Track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency and quality of hire.
- Act as a project coordinator for people-related initiatives, including employer branding, onboarding, and documentation systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes, documentation, and compliance protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs and drive alignment across departments.
- Support culture-building initiatives and ensure new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Talent Casting and full-cycle recruiting
- Comes with a network of talent that could be a fit to host our events
- Great project management skills
- Understanding of event production rundowns
- Experience with group facilitation, moderating, and managing group dynamics. It is important for someone casting hosts to understand what it takes to host
- High energy and a positive attitude - “people person”
- Quick thinker—able to think creatively to problem solve
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams
- Skilled at public speaking
- Strong project management skills, managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

- Proficient in using recruiting and HR systems (ATS, HRIS); data-driven with a knack for streamlining operations.
- Ability to jump in as a host should an unexpected situation occur that needs backup
- Reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam are required
- Mastery of the English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability for interviews in other time zones when needed
