Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting CEO in daily operations and executive management. Maintaining documentation rigor, structuring outputs, and facilitating planning and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining executive documentation rigor
- Structuring meetings into clear outputs and actions
- Tracking cross-functional commitments
- Supporting board and planning cycles
- Reducing cognitive load on the CEO
- Capture high-quality, structured notes in executive and board meetings
- Translate discussions into clear action items with owners and deadlines
- Maintain organized, searchable documentation systems
- Draft memos, summaries, and internal briefs
- Support quarterly and annual planning processes
- Assist in preparing board decks and executive materials
- Maintain visibility over key company-wide priorities
- Ensure follow-through across functional leaders
- Track execution commitments across teams
- Follow up on deadlines and deliverables
- Escalate slippage early and objectively
- Maintain structured dashboards of ongoing initiatives
- Manage executive scheduling and prioritization
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Maintain high professional standards in all outputs
Requirements:
- Former founder, operator, or builder experience OR strong analytical background (consulting, finance, research, technical environments)
- Exceptional structured writing ability
- Strong analytical reasoning and pattern recognition
- Comfort synthesizing complex discussions into clarity
- High attention to detail
- Ability to operate without ego in a support capacity
