Job Description

Remote Executive & Operations Assistant providing support to founders in startups and advisory work. Engaging in various administrative tasks and projects across different business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and meeting logistics
  • Support inbox organization and help draft clear, professional communications
  • Book travel, prepare itineraries, and coordinate practical logistics
  • Maintain invoice logs, receipts, expense trackers, and payment-related documentation
  • Conduct simple online research and prepare shortlists, comparisons, or summaries
  • Assist with selected personal administration such as appointments, online orders, or coordinating household service providers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French
  • Written and spoken German is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and reliability
  • Polished written communication and professional judgment
  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Confidence working remotely with strong online etiquette and self-management
  • A proactive mindset
  • Comfort with administrative, invoice, and payment-related processes under approval rules
  • Interest in using AI tools thoughtfully
