Job Description

Sales Account Executive responsible for strategic customer management and business growth in North-East Germany. Collaborating with internal teams and developing new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic management, development and expert consulting of existing customers within the defined sales territory
  • Systematic identification, outreach and acquisition of new customers, as well as proactive promotion of product innovations and campaigns
  • Establishment and continuous maintenance of a qualified opportunity pipeline with profitable, long-term projects
  • Transfer and scaling of successful reference applications to additional market segments and target customers
  • Structured analysis of market and competitive dynamics to derive action recommendations and growth opportunities
  • Close, solution-oriented collaboration with internal partners from Marketing, Application Engineering and Channel Management

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed bachelor’s degree or a commercial/technical vocational qualification
  • Proven professional sales experience in a technical product environment
  • Solid expertise in a responsible sales role, ideally in a B2B industrial setting
  • High willingness to travel within the North-East region of Germany
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Routine use of ERP and CRM systems; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is an advantage
  • Substantial experience or a strong understanding of adhesive technologies is an advantage
