Job Description

Experience Architect at Motorola Solutions shaping customer experience through service design and innovation. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery and mapping of complex service journeys
  • Develop high-fidelity service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and customer journey maps
  • Design and facilitate high-impact co-creation workshops
  • Design reimagined service processes optimized for digital-first delivery
  • Evaluate how changes in one part of the tech stack impact the user experience
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate the transition from concepts to prototypes
  • Partner with Data Science teams to define success metrics
  • Establish a feedback loop where post-launch data informs the next iteration of the service blueprint

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years in a senior transformation or design role
  • Hands-on experience or certification in Salesforce is highly preferred
