Job Description

Experiential Marketing Manager at ConCntric owning and elevating experiential marketing programs and events. Driving customer engagement and brand presence through strategic experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all conferences and tradeshows from planning through execution
  • Manage sponsorship strategy, booth planning, event branding, speaking engagement logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create experiences that advance deals, strengthen retention, and expand accounts
  • Build and manage event follow-up workflows in coordination with marketing and account teams
  • Design and support strategies aligned to target account segmentation and revenue priorities
  • Manage the experiential marketing budget including forecasting and spend management
  • Collaborate to boost customer review generation efforts on third-party review platforms

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, or field marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of running multiple events simultaneously
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales and CS to build high-impact experiences
  • Experience owning budgets and reporting on results/ROI
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
