Job Description

Field Marketing Manager driving event execution to foster customer relationships and generate sales opportunities. Collaborating with sales and marketing to create impactful programs at Spellbook.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the other Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute in-person and hybrid programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, partner events, webinars, and customer activations
  • Work closely with sales to define target accounts, prioritize attendees, and align on clear event goals
  • Ensure every program is designed to drive outcomes such as meetings booked, pipeline generated, deal acceleration, and customer expansion
  • Support end-to-end execution, including audience strategy, invitations, registration, vendor coordination, communications, onsite support, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage timelines, logistics, and competing priorities across multiple programs simultaneously
  • Bring a field marketing lens to events by aligning programs to regions, accounts, and sales priorities
  • Partner with marketing and design on event promotion, messaging, landing pages, email campaigns, and follow-up assets
  • Collaborate with sales pre- and post-event to improve outreach, attendance rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline creation
  • Track and report on performance, including attendee quality, meetings held, opportunities created, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
  • Capture learnings and continuously improve the scalability and repeatability of the events program
  • Support additional initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
  • Proven experience supporting or executing events tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and marketing partners
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding what drives rep engagement and event success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing vendors, venues, and event tools/platforms
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
