Job Description

Field Service Engineer supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, maintenance, and repair. Collaborating with teams at Agilent to ensure customer satisfaction in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
  • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
  • Collaborate with Agilent teams to provide solutions to customers
  • May calibrate equipment on-site for large volume customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
  • Consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements
