Job Description
Field Service Engineer responsible for maintaining health and care technology equipment. Working with customers in their homes to ensure reliable service and care.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills
- Deal with a variety of customers from vulnerable to elderly
- Work on equipment in customers' homes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer
- Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to demonstrate effective team working
- Effective time management & planning skills
- Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces
- Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable
