Job Description
Especialista em FP&A liderando orçamento, modelagem financeira e dashboards na Kunumi. Influência de decisões executivas e integração estratégica entre Finanças e o negócio de inteligência artificial.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the finance team, guiding analytical development and orchestrating cross-functional projects.
- Lead the budgeting cycle and Strategic Planning, including the preparation, forecasting, and continuous review of the corporate budget.
- Build business cases, corporate financial models, and complex management analyses to support executive decision-making, maximize profitability, and optimize capital allocation.
- Act as a strategic Business Partner between Finance and other business areas, challenging assumptions and influencing decisions.
- Build and validate advanced financial models and stress-test scenario simulations for risk management and new business initiatives.
- Lead data architecture and the development of corporate dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
- Mentor leaders and foster a culture of budget ownership and autonomy.
- Orchestrate integration between Controllership and Treasury, improving processes and the quality of financial information.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive, well-established experience at a senior or specialist level in FP&A, strategic corporate planning, or high-level analytical functions.
- Strong analytical skills combined with deep strategic business acumen, with a proven ability to act as a Business Partner.
- Advanced expertise in corporate financial modeling and expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Solid experience designing dashboard architecture and building dashboards technically using Looker Studio, Power BI, and similar tools.
- Proven technical and emotional maturity to structure corporate data and lead initiatives from the ground up in highly ambiguous environments.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Experience providing technical leadership to finance functions in technology companies or high-growth environments.
- Experience structuring data automations using Python, API integrations, or advanced SQL.
- Hands-on experience designing workflows that apply Artificial Intelligence to financial routines, such as automation with LLMs.
