Job Description
Supervising Associate in R&DA delivering financial reporting analysis and actionable insights at EY Global Delivery Services. Leveraging technology for clear, strategic recommendations to support decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive markets, finance and management reports, including monthly performance packages with analysis, commentary, and business insights.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and perform competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Model projections, analyse forward-looking indicators, and conduct scenario modelling to support business planning and ad hoc analyses.
- Manage large, complex financial data sets, transforming unstructured data into actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and manage dynamic, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, maintaining data integrity and reliability across reporting databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, and business analysis, including at least 2 years as a Power BI developer.
- Power BI certifications are a plus.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is preferred.
