Job Description
Finanzberater für persönliche Finanzplanung bei GLOBAL FINANZ AG, einem deutschen Allfinanz-Dienstleister. Beratung zu Vorsorge, Versicherungen, Immobilienfinanzierung und Vermögensaufbau im flexiblen Nebenjob.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in practical training on financial products, advisory techniques, and sales processes
- Prepare for the IHK examinations under Sections 34d, 34i, or 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and receive personal coaching
- Observe or conduct initial customer consultations under guidance
- Analyze customers’ financial situations
- Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, insurance, and wealth building
- Build and expand your own customer base through marketing activities and proactive outreach
- Independently plan consultation appointments and working hours
- Provide advice in the office, from home, or at customers’ premises
- Continue your professional development through specialist training, seminars, and digital learning formats
Requirements:
- Motivation and willingness to learn
- Enjoyment of interacting with people, both in person and by telephone
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a structured approach to work
- Openness to changing careers
- Initial knowledge of business administration, sales, or financial topics is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to prepare for the IHK examinations under Sections 34d, 34i, or 34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
