Job Description

Remote Financial Analyst contractor in Small Business Services division at LCG Advisors. Analyzing financial records, industry research, and collaborating on projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Begin in the Market & Competitive Research division to learn about various markets within the business sector
  • Analyze industry market growth and competitive advantages across different business industries
  • Conduct SWOT analyses on various firms
  • Gather data using multiple informational sources to meet specific project objectives
  • Evaluate data to identify trends, discrepancies, or other industry-specific business issues
  • Transition to the Finance division to gain practical experience analyzing financial records and working with clients
  • Participate in research initiatives and collaborative analytical projects
  • Work alongside a mentor when learning new responsibilities
  • Partner with senior Quality Control team members when additional guidance or education is needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to recognize variables and utilize various tools to collect data
  • Ability to operate through frequent interruptions and priority changes
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Technologically proficient with the ability to interact virtually
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
