Job Description
Remote dispatcher coordinating roadside repair, towing, accident management, and cargo recovery for TTN Fleet Solutions. Supporting stranded truck drivers and vendors from home.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch roadside repair, tow service, accident management, and cargo recovery professionals for stranded truck drivers
- Understand drivers’ needs and dispatch appropriate solutions
- Communicate with drivers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
- Help drivers return safely to the road and home
- Complete three weeks of virtual classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST
- Work full-time from home on morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
- Work one weekend day
Requirements:
- One to three years dispatch experience REQUIRED
- Positive attitude ready to serve customers
- Ability to answer phones quickly and professionally
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Active listening and conversation documentation
- Strong communication by email and chat
- Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders to resolve customer concerns
- Ability to evaluate situations and determine the appropriate level of response
- Ability to remain calm, empathize, and act confidently during stressful situations
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read maps and provide directions
- Stable, high-speed internet meeting minimum requirements
- Ability to use Zoom effectively
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must live and work in the United States
- Quiet and distraction-free working area is mandatory
- Ability to spend long periods on the phone while seated
- One weekend day required
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shift availability
