Job Description
Founder's Associate automatisiert Lemontaps’ DSGVO-konforme Plattform für professionelle digitale erste Eindrücke. Entwicklung von Workflows, Dashboards und KI-Integrationen mit n8n, APIs und SaaS-Tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n, supplemented by Zapier and Retool, for Operations, Sales, Design, and Development
- Develop internal dashboards
- Automate repetitive processes
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and other AI tools and their APIs
- Extract and integrate data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other SaaS tools
- Work closely with the founders on strategic automation projects
- Actively support other teams in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with n8n (personal projects, internships, freelance work, and academic projects all count)
- Experience analyzing, structuring, and redesigning processes—from business objectives to completed solutions
- Experience with other automation tools such as Zapier is a plus
- Interest in working with AI tools and their APIs (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API)
- Knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools is a plus
- Initial experience with SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Shopify is a plus
- Structured, self-directed approach to work, with a strong understanding of business processes
- Experience with Retool is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and/or English
- Currently enrolled student or graduate, ideally with a background in business, computer science, or a related field
- Available to work full-time for at least three months
