Job Description
Founders Associate supporting Project Bay’s founders with European expansion, B2B growth, fundraising, and AI-enabled process optimization. Building ventures for a sustainable workation and coworking network.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founding team
- Support the founding team in day-to-day operations
- Analyze new markets and locations across Europe to inform expansion decisions
- Support the acquisition of new B2B customers and partners
- Prepare meetings and accompany the founders in strategic meetings
- Create professional presentations (pitch decks) and reports for investors and partners
- Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations
- Test new (AI) tools and help scale the organization intelligently
- Actively shape new projects, ventures, and business models
Requirements:
- Studying business administration, economics, tourism management, or a comparable degree (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s level)—or an ambitious career changer with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional get-things-done mentality and independent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities and enthusiasm for working with data
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- A keen eye for excellent presentation design
- Confident written and verbal communication in German and English
- Initial experience in a startup, consulting, or project management is preferred
