Job Description
Founders Associate role in a B2B tech startup assisting in operations and systems with AI automation. Opportunity for full-time position based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities:
- You support the team across multiple areas.
- Focus topics evolve over time — currently mainly: Operations & Systems
- Test, review, and optimize AI automations — you help us improve what we build
- Implement tool setups independently: ad accounts, CRM workflows, tracking systems
- Document processes and propose improvements
- Prepare client deliverables and process campaign data
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM and support operational processes
- Work on real B2B client projects at the C-level
- Co-manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
- Coordinate production with external partners
- Own smaller projects and drive them end-to-end
Requirements:
- Quick learner. You don’t need three explanations.
- Ownership mentality: you take on tasks and follow them through — accurately and with an eye for detail
- Able to independently onboard yourself to new topics: tools, processes, or subject areas — you need context, not step-by-step instructions
- Initiative is your default mode — you don’t wait for directions
- You’re an athlete and take your physical fitness and health seriously
- Obsessed with personal growth: sports, skills, side projects
- Strong command of English and German
- Current student or recent graduate — your degree or major isn’t what we care about. What you’ve done with it and alongside it matters
