Job Description
Fractional CFO guiding financial strategy, cash management, audits, and reporting for a TechBiz Global client. Remote role for candidates based in Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Create and present financial strategy recommendations to the CEO
- Support financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Join one of TechBiz Global’s clients’ teams as a Fractional CFO
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of finance experience
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- Good command of English and Russian
- Must be based in Ukraine
- Preferred work location must be selected from listed Ukrainian locations
