Job Description
Performance Manager for Franchise partners in elderly care, improving operations and supporting development. Engaging in training, communication, and ongoing development of the franchise system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and supporting all franchise partners within an assigned territory.
- Train franchise partners on system standards and ensure compliance.
- Support franchise partners in site development, including identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices, and executing marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Prepare reports on franchise partner performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate to continuously develop and improve the franchise system.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience supporting franchise partners or in a similar role, such as sales management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (valid Class B driver’s license required).
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
