Job Description

Global HRIS and Payroll Separation Lead guiding Bureau Veritas FUELS’ separation from Bureau Veritas Group. Coordinating systems, payroll, data migration, testing and Day D readiness across countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global HRIS and Payroll separation programme within Project POWER
  • Establish and maintain the programme plan, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and critical path
  • Coordinate multiple country-level workstreams and align them with the separation roadmap
  • Establish governance, reporting and escalation mechanisms
  • Provide progress updates covering risks, issues, dependencies and required decisions
  • Coordinate separation of HRIS and Payroll services currently provided by Bureau Veritas Group
  • Define and coordinate future-state HRIS and Payroll solutions
  • Assess country-level requirements, existing systems, contracts, interfaces and dependencies
  • Coordinate separation, migration and implementation of HR and payroll systems across countries
  • Coordinate data migration, data ownership, system access, interfaces and reporting arrangements
  • Oversee HR and payroll data separation, migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and parallel payroll runs
  • Coordinate cutover planning and execution
  • Ensure critical HR and payroll processes are tested and operational before Day D
  • Coordinate FUELS, Bureau Veritas Group, IT, HR, Finance, Payroll and external providers
  • Manage external HRIS and payroll vendors and monitor delivery
  • Identify and manage programme risks and dependencies
  • Develop contingency and business continuity arrangements
  • Support transition into the standalone FUELS operating model
  • Ensure delivery of separation roadmaps, country plans, future-state arrangements, data migration, testing, payroll continuity, governance and handover

Requirements:

  • Significant experience leading complex global HRIS, Payroll, HR Transformation or HR Technology programmes
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-country programmes involving multiple stakeholders, systems and service providers
  • Experience in M&A, divestment, carve-out, separation or standalone-company implementation highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with local HR networks and local HR shared service centers
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively at senior leadership and operational levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced and highly time-critical transformation environment
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Recognised HR qualification highly recommended
