Job Description
Analista Funcional apoiando suporte, configuração e evolução de processos SAP MM para a Reply, multinacional italiana de TI. Atuação remota em compras, gestão de materiais, estoque e projetos de melhoria.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Procurement and Materials Management processes
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve functional incidents and requests
- Support system configuration and parameterization according to business needs
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation
- Execute functional tests and support user acceptance/homologation processes
- Participate in implementation, improvement and support projects for solutions
- Interact with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields
- Experience providing functional support in ERP systems
- Experience with the SAP MM (Materials Management) module
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, materials management, requisitions, purchase orders, material master data and inventory movements
- Knowledge of Procurement and Inventory Management processes
- Analytical skills, organization and a strong problem-solving focus
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP MM and the FI, SD and WM/EWM modules is a plus
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or support projects is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies or service management is a plus
- Intermediate English is a plus
