Job Description
General and Operations Managers evaluating AI-generated operational content for Mercor, which trains frontier AI models. Reviewing management workflows, staffing, budgeting, and performance decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy
- Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility
- Review operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement decisions
- Provide expert feedback to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or closely related general operations management role
- Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week
- Strong written English communication skills
- Must be eligible to work without H1-B or STEM OPT support
- Independent contractor engagement
