Job Description
Senior process improvement advisor leading operational excellence initiatives for Evernorth Health Services, which delivers pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions. Improving PBM processes, quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional process improvement initiatives using best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes
- Design sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future-state solutions
- Document current-state processes
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and recommend solutions
- Enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Develop and enhance work instructions, job aids, training materials, and process documentation
- Collaborate with senior operational leaders and cross-functional partners on high-impact initiatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or 8+ years of experience applying process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and summarizing findings
- Proven critical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business areas, concepts, and operational processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
