Job Description
IP Operations Systems Specialist maintaining patent and trademark systems for Fish & Richardson, a global intellectual property law firm. Auditing data, producing reports, and supporting automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure IP systems are maintained through regular audits, data cleanup, and validation
- Assist with daily matter opening and staffing updates required by practice groups
- Develop and run recurring and ad hoc reports and audits in response to requests made through processes established by department leadership
- Assist with initiatives to implement automation to create efficiencies for the IP Operations Team and practice groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services preferred
- MS SQL skills preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in IP docketing/management systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in document management systems
