Job Description
Senior Architect specializing in AI agent engineering with LLMs at a remote work setup. Leading the design and implementation of multi-agent systems and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve architectures for solutions based on LLMs and intelligent agents
- Lead the design and implementation of multi-agent systems, workflows and chains
- Establish patterns for: agent orchestration, context and memory management, tool integration, and connection to enterprise data sources and legacy systems
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical architectures
- Define and implement AI engineering best practices, including: guardrails and security, fallback strategies, observability and monitoring, and human-in-the-loop processes
- Evaluate, select and implement the most appropriate frameworks and technologies
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring the internal team
- Ensure quality, governance and standardization of delivered solutions
- Support the continuous evolution of the technology stack and development processes
Requirements:
- Solid experience architecting and implementing LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in agent systems, workflows, chains and/or multi-agent architectures
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Agno or equivalents
- Advanced knowledge of agent orchestration, memory and context management, and advanced prompt engineering
- Experience integrating with APIs and enterprise systems
- Experience integrating AI with corporate data stores (RAG, vector databases, etc.)
- Experience defining AI security and governance, implementing guardrails and risk mitigation, and establishing observability (logs, tracing, metrics)
- Experience with cloud environments and modern architectures (microservices, APIs)
