Job Description

Clinical project manager supporting late-phase hematology and immunology trials for Syneos Health, a global life sciences services organization. Managing vendors, trial documents, timelines, and consent templates.

Responsibilities:

  • Support late phase Hematology and Immunology portfolios
  • Provide supporting services to the Clinical Trial Manager/operational team in execution of trials
  • Liaise directly with CROs and ancillary vendors to manage relevant trial operational tasks
  • Maintain effective oral and written communication with the project team through correspondence and status reports
  • Ensure alignment with study timelines
  • Review, develop, and write clinical trial documents and manuals, including study manuals and laboratory or biomarker plans
  • Create the Master ICF template
  • Review and approve site changes in consultation with legal and safety when warranted
  • Update templates with new risks and amendment information

Requirements:

  • Prior sponsor-side experience
  • Global study experience, rather than experience limited to a single region
  • Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology therapeutic area expertise, ideally with experience supporting complex or pivotal studies
  • End-to-end study management experience, from study start-up through close-out
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with study budgets, forecasting, and variance management (CTM only)
  • Proactive, takes ownership, and works effectively with minimal direction
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, sites, and vendors
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in fast-moving, complex environments
  • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
