Job Description
Global Planning Manager overseeing planning and inventory control at Jabil. Collaborating with operations to improve performance while managing planning strategies and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the global business unit’s planning functions and planning / inventory specific IT needs
- Collaborate with Jabil’s Operations Team to develop advanced planning solutions
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the materials team in the business unit
- Ensure the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at every site is loaded in alignment with customer contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, or related discipline
- Three years planning related experience, in an EMS or similar environment
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry
- Strong financial and analytical ability
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments
