Job Description
Group UX Research Manager leading UX researchers in Document Cloud. Driving research direction and insights for Adobe's key product areas across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX researchers and strategists
- Attract and hire strong research talent
- Drive research planning and execution across multiple product areas
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure research is embedded early
- Translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Facilitate alignment across teams by guiding discussions
- Ensure operational excellence, including planning and prioritization
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in UX research or strategy
- 3–5+ years leading researchers or cross‑disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills across product‑design‑engineering teams
- Deep expertise in strategic research
- Customer‑centric approach
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
