Job Description
Growth Manager driving patient acquisition, retention, and reactivation for Schweiger, a nationwide dermatology practice. Using lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and AI-driven automation to grow patient value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives across the full patient funnel, from acquisition and paid marketing through onboarding, retention, and reactivation
- Dive into patient cohorts to identify untapped segments of value and design corresponding campaigns
- Leverage A/B testing and pilot programs to test tactics, analyze results, and build business cases for scalable initiatives
- Design retention funnels through email, SMS, and other channels to keep patients on schedule, drive follow-up care, and reactivate patients at risk of churn
- Support cross-sell efforts into cosmetic and allergy services
- Help evaluate expansion to additional verticals as Schweiger grows
- Use behavioral insights and creative thinking to launch personalized, high-performing campaigns
- Design AI systems to automate workflow, build dashboards and reports, and extract insights from data
- Work with operational and clinical stakeholders across practices to design growth solutions with impact in offices
- Define strategy and structure for new initiatives where no playbook exists
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate with new ideas, channels, and technology
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or other consumer businesses
- Analytical marketing skills, including pulling, interpreting, and using data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
- Experience with retention/lifecycle tools including email, SMS, and marketing automation
- Experience with paid acquisition channels including Google, Meta, and programmatic advertising
- Forward-thinking use of AI to improve efficiency and uncover business value
- Passion for healthcare and the patient experience
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance
