Job Description
Growth Marketing Associate driving prediction-markets growth for Shift Markets, a crypto-exchange infrastructure company. Building AI research workflows, content, communities, and commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive top-of-funnel growth for Shift Markets’ prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business
- Serve as a remote prediction-markets industry connector
- Track market developments and build relationships across relevant online communities
- Identify commercial opportunities and strengthen Shift’s credibility within the prediction-markets ecosystem
- Contribute prediction-market insights, commentary, and industry-led content
- Ensure content reflects current market conversations, trends, and developments
- Engage with X, Reddit, newsletters, forums, and other digital channels
- Build and operate AI-enabled workflows for research, competitor monitoring, market intelligence, content ideation, and prospect discovery
- Connect tools and data sources to create repeatable workflows
- Run email nurture campaigns through Klaviyo
- Identify prospects, partners, and commercial opportunities and route them to Sales and Partnerships
- Monitor prediction-market, crypto, trading, competitor, regulatory, and key-opinion-leader activity
- Translate developments into concise briefs and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the Content & Social Media Marketer, Sales, and Partnerships teams
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent evidence of meaningful involvement in prediction markets, crypto, trading, growth, content, business development, research, or related online communities
- Advanced practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrable experience building and shipping at least one substantive workflow, automation, agent, research system, or similar project using AI tools
- Public writing voice, with examples from X, Substack, Reddit, a blog, GitHub, or another platform
- Evidence of active industry participation through public research, social commentary, community involvement, relevant personal projects, trading activity, newsletters, videos, or an existing online network within prediction markets, crypto, or trading
- Curiosity about prediction markets, crypto, and the future of trading infrastructure
- Ability to explain what a prediction market is and why it matters in two sentences
- Crypto-native experience is a bonus
- Relevant experience in marketing, content, research, business development, partnerships, or growth within crypto, fintech, trading, marketplaces, or another technology sector is a bonus
- Publicly built and shipped project is a bonus
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Apollo, or similar GTM tooling is a bonus
