Job Description
Leiterin der Geschäftseinheit Immobilienmanagement im öffentlichen Verkehrssektor. Verantwortung für Immobilienstrategie und Transformation in einem Team mit 331 Mitarbeitenden.
Responsibilities:
- report directly to the Executive Board
- assume (personnel) responsibility
- actively shape the future business unit and its related change and transformation processes
- be responsible for the real estate strategy, including strategic portfolio management
- develop and implement real estate projects (e.g., in the area of social infrastructure)
- prepare space concepts and manage the relevant commercial processes
- be responsible for the acquisition, sale and leasing of BVG properties and perform property valuations
- oversee technical, commercial and infrastructural facility management
- take responsibility for workplace catering, including independent operation of the canteens
Requirements:
- technically accomplished and committed leader with relevant professional and extensive managerial experience in senior strategic and operational roles, with proven success in a similar position of comparable complexity
- university degree (Master/Diploma) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through several years of professional experience
- willingness to undergo an enhanced security check (Ü2) under the Berlin Security Clearance Act (BSÜG) is a necessary prerequisite
- experienced, creative and courageous leader in accompanying change and transformation processes
- strong affinity for public transport and a broad understanding of the relevant operational issues of a municipal service provider
- clear vision for the future of urban and rural mobility
- confident stakeholder communication, decisiveness and excellent persuasion and communication skills, authoritative presence, conflict management skills and intercultural competence
