Job Description
Leading content strategy and storytelling as the first content leader at Blueberry. Engaging B2C brands through compelling narratives to enhance customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Own Blueberry’s narrative — define how we talk about personalization, agentic commerce, and the future of brand-to-consumer engagement across all channels.
- Drive growth through storytelling — create case studies, thought leadership, and campaigns that directly influence pipeline and deal velocity with global B2C brands.
- Turn customer wins into revenue assets — transforming product outcomes into compelling stories that open doors with CMOs and marketing leaders.
- Build the content engine — craft stories, videos, blogs, content, cadences, and standards that balance polish with consistency and scale.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to scale the content motion we’ve started — and confidently make it your own.
Requirements:
- A storyteller, product marketer, or content marketer with 3+ years of experience
- You want to tell compelling stories.
- You move fast, take initiative, and care deeply about doing things right.
- You bring a clear point of view on what excellence looks like.
- You’re your own toughest critic and hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar—90% isn’t good enough
- Entrepreneurial at heart: you thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and want to shape something from the ground up.
