Job Description
Intern assisting with content library and asset management at Collab, an official YouTube partner. Supporting organization of creator assets and gaining hands-on experience in media operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review content and activate video assets within our library
- Learn how to upload and manage references tied to video assets
- Identify and resolve missing references, duplicates, and minor conflicts
- Conduct research to identify gaps and opportunities across our content libraries, partners, and creators
- Assist in gathering and organizing data for analytics and reporting
- Support ongoing asset management and library organization projects
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and methodical
- Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive processes
- Able to work independently after initial direction
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Slack
