Job Description

Health plan operations partner helping Evio, a specialty-pharmacy solutions company, strengthen customer relationships. Leading advisory forums, CRM processes, medication-contract adoption, and annual planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer on customer strategy and execution, prioritizing initiatives and coordinating work across Evio
  • Lead the operating rhythm for the bi-weekly Customer Advisory Committee by developing agendas, coordinating executive participation, preparing materials and narratives, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through
  • Coordinate customer engagement across Evio, connecting experts to customer needs and streamlining communication
  • Track adoption, value, and customer insights related to medication contracting with pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Gather and synthesize customer adoption and value realization data, partnering with the pharmaceutical contracting team to increase customer value
  • Strengthen customer relationship management through cross-functional processes and CRM implementation
  • Support annual investor/customer business and financial planning, including customer offerings and budget requests
  • Create executive and customer communications, presentations, and narratives that make complex information clear and actionable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including direct experience working with or supporting health plans
  • Strong understanding of the health plan landscape and senior health plan leaders’ priorities, including Chief Pharmacy Officers and Vice Presidents of Pharmacy
  • Experience supporting executive governance bodies, advisory councils, boards, or similar forums, including agenda development, executive communications, meeting preparation, and follow-through
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with internal teammates and senior investor/customer leaders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, particularly executive storytelling and presentation development according to brand standards
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and structure ambiguous work
  • Resourceful, curious, and comfortable shifting between different types of work and unfamiliar challenges
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure complex challenges, connect insights across customers and teams, and develop actionable solutions
  • Pharmacy, PBM, or health plan pharmacy experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced degree is a plus
